6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to store user preferences, analyse traffic, and improve service quality.
On qola.id, we use the following analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it, based on our legitimate interest. You can decline them at any time:
- Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): counts visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, and interactions such as button clicks or form submissions, without storing anything you type;
- Microsoft Clarity: records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, and session recordings) in anonymised form. Form fields are always masked and never recorded.
If you decline, these tools stop storing cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell visitor data.
The site also stores in your browser your cookie choice and details of your first visit (the referring site, the first page opened, and campaign tags such as UTM). First-visit details are only sent to us when you submit the contact form, so we know where your request came from.
To decline or allow them again, use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
